Eric is the Director of FSC. Eric is a qualified and experienced Adult Social Care Manager with many years of experience. Eric has worked across the health and social care sectors and undertaken a number of strategic planning based on person-centered approach. His experience spans across Care Act 2014 compliance, collaborating with CQC to work on safeguarding cases, development and service delivery with a strong focus on clinical and care governance, compliance and driving quality and transformation. In addition to his massive Adult social care experience, Eric has degree in sociology and information studies qualifications in leadership, management and mentoring. Eric has experience in working with people with mental health and learning disability. Eric has also worked as a safeguarding enquiry officer which he dealt with about 80 variety of cases which he excelled. Eric has a passion to empower the vulnerable in the community and support them for their voice to be heard. Eric believes vulnerable people should be recognized as a PERSON before their disability.

Eric’s has a military background which he served in the British army for 7 years as an electrical and mechanical engineer. This has developed his skills in discipline, team working abilities and selfless commitment.
